Was worried when they sent my order then went quiet and the phone didn’t pick up — chat kept saying wait. I finally laced the trainers on a rainy morning; first run felt great, that’s when I relaxed.

Weirdly, the product itself is pretty nice — feels solid and comfortable, better than I expected. I would’ve given five stars for the item. But I never actually got my package and the company hasn't replied. I tried phone, chat and email, days and days, nothing. Been with other firms that reply quicker, so this is disappointing.

I ordered these tops online and sent them back, but I only got a refund for one of them. I tried emailing customer service a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. I can't even get through on the phone, and the online chat was no help at all. What's happening? Are they going out of business or what? I just want my money back!

I recently bought something online from this store and ran into some issues with getting my order. The delivery company wrongly said they dropped off my package when I didn't get it. I tried reaching out to customer service by email and live chat, but they weren't very helpful or caring about my problem. Eh, so my experience with this company let me tell ya, it was just the worst. When I finally reached out to ask about my order, all I got was some wishy-washy answers and no real reason why my order was M.I.A. I felt like they weren't givin' me the time of day, you know? I was totally left in the dark, left wonderin' what's goin' on. It wasn't until I got PayPal involved that I finally got my money back, after way more time than it should've taken. Honestly, the lack of responsibility and customer service from these folks was just a real bummer.

I scored some really awesome stuff, but then one item was out of stock. Now I can't get a clear answer on when I'll receive it or get my money back. I've been trying to reach out to them for ages, but no luck. It's been two months already! Like, come on! Do they even bother reading these reviews? All I want is the same great service as their products. Is that too much to ask for? Maybe I should just stick to shopping in actual stores instead of online.
