Got tickets to a real cool soccer game
I scored some tickets to the soccer match between some awesome teams. Getting them was a breeze, but the price shot way up right when I was about to pay. They totally tricked me with those sneaky fees, that's not cool at all.
Taylor Swift tickets for Paris show
I bought tickets way ahead of time for a Taylor Swift concert in Paris while travelling from Canada. I needed to know when I would get the tickets so I could plan my trip right. I called and was told the tickets would come on time, and luckily I did get them as promised. But the problem came up when I found out about France's lead booker policy, where my tickets were under someone else's name. Even though StubHub kept saying it wouldn't be a problem, I was still worried. The lack of clear information about this policy made me stress out for no reason, especially considering the big expenses and travel plans I had made. In the end, everything was okay at the venue, but StubHub's uncertain info let me down.
F1 Race Ticket Purchase
So, I bought a 3 day pass for the F1 Race in Miami but I really just wanted a 1 day pass. I let Customer Service know right away, but they said no refunds and I'd have to sell the tickets myself. It's pretty disappointing that they couldn't help me out, especially with all the ways technology makes it easy to make changes nowadays.

I was really upset with the service from this company. They just took my money without telling me why and didn't even try to fix things with some customer service. I wouldn't suggest using this platform to buy or sell tickets.
Fraudulent ticket purchases
I got some weird emails about ticket purchases for events in Georgia and Miami, so I called up StubHub to report the fraud. The charges are still pending, StubHub said the purchases weren't fraud, my bank is giving me my money back. But I'm not happy with how StubHub didn't do more to prevent the fraud.
Tickets for a concert

The customer service was amazing, they really helped me out with any problems I had. Just be careful about the high fees that come with your purchase. It's a good idea to look around and compare prices before making a decision, because those fees can really pile up. If you're having a hard time finding their contact information, try using Google as it might be hidden on the website. In general, the support was great but keep an eye on those fees!
Box tickets not as advertised
I bought tickets for box seats that were supposed to be great, but when I got them from the seller, they were total garbage. Miami F1 GP tickets
So, I went and bought tickets for the F1 Grand Prix in Miami, you know? I thought it would be a great gift for my girlfriend's birthday since she always wanted to go to her first race. I decided to splurge on those 3 day passes with seats at turn 1, and they cost me almost $1600! But can you believe it? It displayed this amazing view of turn 1, but in reality, I ended up with these terrible seats that weren't even close to what I paid for. Such a scam, right?<br><br>I thought StubHub was so great and fancy with all their billboards and ads everywhere, but now I see their true colors. If only I had looked at their reviews before, I definitely would have gone elsewhere.
