High fees, amazing customer service
The customer service was amazing, they really helped me out with any problems I had. Just be careful about the high fees that come with your purchase. It's a good idea to look around and compare prices before making a decision, because those fees can really pile up. If you're having a hard time finding their contact information, try using Google as it might be hidden on the website. In general, the support was great but keep an eye on those fees!
Box tickets not as advertised
I bought tickets for box seats that were supposed to be great, but when I got them from the seller, they were total garbage. I called customer service and they said I was protected by a "Fan Protection Guarantee," but they wouldn't give me my money back. I told them how frustrated and urgent it was, but they were no help at all and didn't fix the problem. The way they handled everything was so unprofessional and irresponsible, it made me really unhappy with how everything turned out.
Overcharged for tickets
Just a heads up if you're thinking of buying tickets from this place. They say they have tickets for certain sections and seats, but in reality, you might just get general admission tickets for a steeper price. The customer service isn't the greatest either - all they care about is getting your money. And if you do end up with the wrong tickets, they won't help you out at all with reselling them. It's not fair to leave that burden on the customer. So maybe think twice before going through this platform.
Experience selling tickets
I just sold some tickets on this platform because I have season tickets for the local sports teams. Even though I followed all their rules, I had trouble getting paid. The platform's lack of transparency and accountability really annoyed me. It's really too bad that my experience with the platform has made me think about taking legal action and reporting them for fraud.
Usher concert tickets Toronto show 2024
I just snagged some Usher concert tickets for the Toronto show in September 2024 and got them for a better deal than Ticketmaster. They came through the MLSE/Scotiabank arena app super fast, and I made sure they were legit by checking with Ticketmaster. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Ticket resale issue
My recent experience trying to resell tickets on this platform has been so frustrating. I bought tickets but then had to change my plans and tried to list them again. But the website links were all messed up, so I couldn't actually do it. I called customer service a bunch of times, but after over two hours on the phone, the problem still wasn't fixed. Now I'm stuck having to pay for these $400 tickets I can't use. Just wanted to let others know to watch out for this if they're selling tickets on this platform in the future.
Miami F1 GP tickets
So, I went and bought tickets for the F1 Grand Prix in Miami, you know? I thought it would be a great gift for my girlfriend's birthday since she always wanted to go to her first race. I decided to splurge on those 3 day passes with seats at turn 1, and they cost me almost $1600! But can you believe it? When the tickets showed up, they were for some other lame section all the way on the other side of the track! I was so disappointed. And when I reached out to customer service for help, they were completely useless. They couldn't do a thing.

I mean, I used their little venue map to choose the tickets. It displayed this amazing view of turn 1, but in reality, I ended up with these terrible seats that weren't even close to what I paid for. Such a scam, right?

I thought StubHub was so great and fancy with all their billboards and ads everywhere, but now I see their true colors. If only I had looked at their reviews before, I definitely would have gone elsewhere.
