These gloves are great for winter! They fit nicely and keep my hands warm, which is exactly what I wanted. The material is soft and comfy, so I can wear them for a long time. I really like that I can still use my touchscreen with them on, even though it's a bit tricky. But it's no big deal to take them off for more complicated tasks. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.

I've been trying to email them but just keep getting the same generic response that doesn't even answer my questions. It's been frustrating dealing with this nonsense for the past two years. I hoped they would fix things but they just keep being unhelpful and don't make any sense.

I can't believe how shady this company is with their business practices. I ordered a dining table and they keep changing the arrival date. It feels like they're purposely delaying it so I reorder at a higher price. That's just sneaky and dishonest. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
