I just sold some tickets on this site and it was kind of a rollercoaster. One batch of tickets sold super quickly and I got paid right on time. But then there was another set that cost more and it took forever to process. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times but kept getting wishy-washy answers. It was so annoying feeling like my cash was stuck in limbo, so I won't be using this site to sell again for sure.

I had such a bad time getting tickets for a hockey game. Me and my buddies got three tickets online and were totally pumped to go. But when we got there, turns out there were no seats for us! We tried calling customer service but got no help at all. It was so annoying and made us feel ripped off and let down.

It's really too bad that my experience with the platform has made me think about taking legal action and reporting them for fraud.
