Ticket resale issue
Ticket resale issue
App & PortalMy recent experience trying to resell tickets on this platform has been so frustrating. I bought tickets but then had to change my plans and tried to list them again. But the website links were all messed up, so I couldn't actually do it. I called customer service a bunch of times, but after over two hours on the phone, the problem still wasn't fixed. Now I'm stuck having to pay for these $400 tickets I can't use. Just wanted to let others know to watch out for this if they're selling tickets on this platform in the future.

Established in 2000 by Eric Baker and Jeff Fluhr, it has grown to become one of the world's largest ticket marketplaces.
