NASCAR race tickets with mobile ticket transfer
I just bought some NASCAR race tickets from TicketCity and decided to have them sent to my phone. I've had a rough time with another company before, so I was a bit worried about using this service again. But man, TicketCity really surprised me! Their communication was top-notch - I shot them an email with a question, and they got back to me within 2 days. And get this, I got my tickets a whole week before the race, unlike the last time when I got them the day before. I'll for sure be using TicketCity again for my next ticket buys.
Elton John concert in Charleston
The Elton John concert in Charleston was absolutely amazing! The show went on for two and a half hours, playing hit after hit that had everyone dancing and singing along the whole time. The venue was cozy and created a perfect setting for enjoying the music. But, gotta say, the ticket prices were a bit steep, which kinda took away from the experience for me. On the bright side, taking the bus to the concert was easy and quick, but they could've done a better job organizing the return trip to everyone's cars.
Online ticket purchase for sports event
Buying tickets online for the sports game went smoothly without any problems. But, I had some issues with my phone on the way there, so it was hard to get to my digital tickets. It would've been nice to have the choice to print the tickets just in case. Even though I had to spend an hour on the phone with my carrier to fix the problem, I managed to get the tickets uploaded and get into the game. In the end, it was a good experience and I could enjoy the event without any big issues.

I wanted to go to a really awesome concert for my birthday, so I looked around at different places to buy the tickets. TicketCity had the tickets I was looking for at a good price. When I got the tickets, I had a little bit of trouble trying to figure out how to get them on my phone, but the folks from customer service were really helpful, even on a Sunday evening! They were super friendly and quickly solved my issue.

I bought tickets for an event using this service and was super surprised to see that they charged me twice the actual ticket price. Plus, with all their extra fees, the total cost ended up being more than three times the original price. After looking into it more, I realized that they basically just bought the tickets from the venue at regular prices and then sold them to me for way more. When I asked for a refund, they said no because the tickets were already bought. This sneaky business move made me feel like I was taken advantage of. Obviously, I won't be using their services ever again.

The website was acting up, so I ended up missing out on getting tickets for the big game. I had to scramble and buy last-minute tickets from a scalper. Man, it was just so frustrating buying those tickets from that suite owner at the venue in Denver. Turns out they were fake, and we got scammed, just like a bunch of other folks. Luckily, the venue staff helped us out and told us to report the scam to our Credit Card company so we could still get in. TicketCity really needs to step up and make sure they watch who they're partnering with to avoid stuff like this in the future, eh.
Chris Stapleton tickets scam
This company is a total rip-off. I thought I was buying tickets for a Chris Stapleton concert for $500, but instead, I got tickets for some random band called Porcupine. And believe it or not, they wouldn't give me my money back because it says in the fine print that they don't do refunds. And even when I tried to resolve it, they still didn't send me the right tickets. I was hoping to sell them to get some money back, but that didn't work out at all. Stay away from this place, it's a complete disaster.
