The website was acting up, so I ended up missing out on getting tickets for the big game. I had to scramble and buy last-minute tickets from a scalper. But when I reached out to them, they actually gave me a refund! I was really stressed about it, but they really came through for me. Now, they've definitely earned a loyal customer for life!

The folks on the first level support here were really great - they gave me top-notch help and advice. But when it came to dealing with the manager, it was a bit of a letdown. It seemed like she was just going through the motions with her responses, and hinted that the problem was my fault, which was irritating. The product and pricing were okay, but the poor customer service from the higher-ups left me feeling disappointed. If this is what I can expect in handling any issues, I might have to look into other options down the road.
