I bought some tickets for a sports event a while back, and I ordered them a good four months before the game. But the bummer was that I only got the tickets a few hours before the game. So, a couple of days before the game, I got in touch with customer service, and they told me not to worry, the tickets would be in my email on time. But it turned out that wasn't the case, and it seems like the seats I ended up with weren't the ones I paid for. This whole thing really soured my experience, and I won't be using this service again in the future.
