Misleading charges
Misleading charges
PriceI bought tickets from this company and honestly, it was such a letdown. After I made my first purchase, I saw that I got charged for the same tickets a bunch of times. When I reached out to customer service to ask about the extra charges, they were useless and didn't help at all. I was so annoyed and stressed out because I had to keep an eye on my bank account to make sure I wasn't ripped off. It was obvious that something sketchy was going on, and honestly, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Baseball tickets in the US
Baseball tickets in the US
PriceAs someone who bought baseball tickets using this platform, gotta say I was pretty let down with how it all went down. They tack on a big ol' fee for their "service", boosting up the price of the tickets big time. It was super frustrating not knowing the full price upfront, especially with all the extra costs we had to deal with. And when we tried to get the tickets through their app, turns out it wasn't even available in our neck of the woods. So we ended up getting hit with some extra charges and had to scramble to sort things out at the stadium. At first, everything seemed to be going smoothly with the order, but the lack of clear info and the high prices made it more of a headache than anything else.
Got tickets to a real cool soccer game
Got tickets to a real cool soccer game
PriceI scored some tickets to the soccer match between some awesome teams. Getting them was a breeze, but the price shot way up right when I was about to pay. They totally tricked me with those sneaky fees, that's not cool at all.
tickets for a concert
tickets for a concert
PriceI just bought some tickets for a concert on this site and I gotta say, I was really let down by the service. Everything went fine when I was placing my order, but then I saw a charge on my debit card that I didn't okay. That really ticked me off and now I'm worried about my info being safe. Honestly, I don't trust this site at all and I wouldn't tell anyone to use it - seems sketchy to me.
High fees, amazing customer service
High fees, amazing customer service
PriceThe customer service was amazing, they really helped me out with any problems I had. Just be careful about the high fees that come with your purchase. It's a good idea to look around and compare prices before making a decision, because those fees can really pile up. If you're having a hard time finding their contact information, try using Google as it might be hidden on the website. In general, the support was great but keep an eye on those fees!
Overcharged for tickets
Overcharged for tickets
PriceJust a heads up if you're thinking of buying tickets from this place. They say they have tickets for certain sections and seats, but in reality, you might just get general admission tickets for a steeper price. The customer service isn't the greatest either - all they care about is getting your money. And if you do end up with the wrong tickets, they won't help you out at all with reselling them. It's not fair to leave that burden on the customer. So maybe think twice before going through this platform.
