CommunicationI bought tickets way ahead of time for a Taylor Swift concert in Paris while travelling from Canada. I needed to know when I would get the tickets so I could plan my trip right. I called and was told the tickets would come on time, and luckily I did get them as promised. But the problem came up when I found out about France's lead booker policy, where my tickets were under someone else's name. Even though StubHub kept saying it wouldn't be a problem, I was still worried. The lack of clear information about this policy made me stress out for no reason, especially considering the big expenses and travel plans I had made. In the end, everything was okay at the venue, but StubHub's uncertain info let me down.
