E-commerce platform subscription
I've been using this e-commerce platform for almost six years now, and at first, everything was great. The platform was amazing, and I was super happy with the quality and support they offered. But lately, I've been noticing some changes. Problems that used to get fixed quickly are now taking longer to resolve, and the customer service just isn't as good as it used to be. It's kind of sad to see a platform that used to be awesome not living up to its reputation. I'm thinking about checking out other options for my e-commerce stuff now.

I was really excited about using this platform at first because I saw how much potential it had. But I have to admit, I'm kind of let down with how little they seem to care about what users actually want. There are some really good ideas being talked about, but it feels like they hardly ever make any changes to the website. Like, seriously, there are suggestions from two years ago with tons of votes from users, and they still haven't done anything about them. It's frustrating to see so much potential being wasted because they don't listen to what users are asking for.
