Spending time on this e-commerce platform is honestly just a waste. I've had to call tech support so many times, but never got any real help. The info on their site is so outdated and not useful at all. It's been a total nightmare trying to work with it. It took me forever to figure things out and it was just so frustrating. The customer service team didn't seem to know what they were doing and I had to figure everything out on my own.
