SSL Certificate Issues
PriceI can't believe they took away the SSL certificate right after we paid for their services. We worked hard to set up our website for a trial, spent time loading data and designing it, only to have them do this once we started paying. And now they want us to pay extra $99 for the SSL certificate that was free during the trial, on top of their normal monthly fees. On top of that, our website is showing as unsecured and we're getting errors about insecure connections when sending information. Not cool at all.
