TimingSetting up my online store was pretty easy, but getting it just the way I wanted took some time to figure out. The customer support folks were great and really helped me out when I had any problems. But, the whole sales call thing didn't impress me much. Being in Canada meant I had to work around their schedule, not the other way around. Taking calls at 10 pm wasn't exactly convenient for me.
