TimingOh man, what a disaster! I tried to place two orders yesterday and it was a total mess. The website promised delivery in an hour, but ended up changing it to 3-4 hours. And then out of the blue, both orders got cancelled! And to top it all off, no shopping or delivery happened at all that day. They still took my money and put holds on my account for a whole week! Now I'm struggling to get formula for my baby because of this awful Instacart experience. I'm never using this service again. It's a scam and waste of time. The shoppers either bail last minute or never even start shopping, leaving you hanging. It's so frustrating to think your order is coming, only to find out the next day that it's not happening. Just don't bother using this service, trust me.
