ReliabilityI had a really bad time with my grocery order from this service. One of the shoppers I had before didn't bring all my stuff, and even though I complained and asked not to have her again, I got stuck with her a second time. This time she straight up stole my whole order, and Instacart didn't do anything to make it right. I'm super let down by their lack of care and how they ignored my complaint.
