Subscription cancellation issue

I recently went through a really annoying situation trying to cancel my subscription. I asked to cancel before the trial period was up, spoke to a person who said they'd pass on the request, but still, my account wasn't cancelled. It was a real pain trying to reach someone by phone, and even when I did, I got the same old story about my cancellation request being sent to the right place. The whole thing just felt sketchy and untrustworthy.

Difficult customer support and faulty selling channels

Service

I've been a customer for a few years now and let me tell ya, their customer service is just brutal. Every time I have a problem and try to get in touch, they just push me towards their paid developers instead of taking care of it themselves. And don't even get me started on their free apps, they're seriously lacking. Plus, trying to link up with selling channels like Facebook shop and Google merchant is always a headache. It's caused me to lose money and my customers are not happy.

The customer service is top-notch - they're always there to help me out with any questions or problems I run into. The support team knows their stuff and is so nice and helpful, it's a breeze getting the assistance I need. I definitely suggest this platform to anyone wanting to get their online store up and running.

So I made an online purchase the other day, and let me tell you, the customer service was a total letdown. I had some questions about my order and tried to get help through the chat or email options, but it was way too complicated. I couldn't even figure out how to start addressing my issues.
