Hockey stick and jersey
Hockey stick and jersey
CommunicationI just bought a sick new hockey stick with a matching jersey. When I went to pay, the website told me it was down for maintenance! I was so annoyed because I really wanted to show off my gear at my next game. Finally, when I got in touch with them, they said the payment didn't go through because my mom's credit card had expired. They didn't even bother to give us a heads up! They blamed it on some internal issues with their notifications. Seriously, just give me a call or something. I drop a lot of money here every month and they treat me like just a number. Not cool, dude.

CommunicationThe customer service experience I had with this company was pretty bad, eh. I tried to cancel my subscription, but ran into a bunch of problems. They made me give a special pin just to email support, and the live chat wasn't even open when us Canadians are awake. Plus, when I called them up, I was stuck on hold forever. It was so annoying not being able to reach them easily, and it made it tough for me to sort out my problem quickly.
