App & PortalI switched from our old platform to BigCommerce thinking it would be better, but man, was I ever wrong! You need to buy so many extra apps just to do simple things, it's insane. It's like they make everything hard on purpose so they can keep charging you for add-ons. And let's not even talk about customer service. Every time I have a problem, it's just a back-and-forth between BigCommerce and the app makers. They don't seem to care about actually fixing things for me. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this platform from hell.

App & PortalOh my goodness, I've been using this website builder for a year now and I'm feeling pretty meh about it. The platform itself is stable and bug-free, which is great. But there are just so many things that it lacks! Firstly, wanting extra product filters means you have to upgrade to the expensive plan, which just doesn't seem worth it. Who only has 12 product attributes anyway? Plus, there's no language switcher, which should be a basic feature nowadays. The product bulk editor and search tool are really not up to par as well. And don't even get me started on the helpdesk - it's like talking to a wall. The marketing channels are also really glitchy. Seriously, Bigcommerce, step up your game! It might be okay for really small businesses, but if you want real features, go with WooCommerce or Shopify, seriously.
