ServiceI just updated to OS Catalina, but now Pro Tools doesn't work. I tried reaching out to customer support for help, but no luck even after paying to file a query. I'm pretty let down by the lack of response and overall customer service from the company. I'm considering switching to a different software because of this frustrating experience.

ServiceI recently bought Pro Tools software and man, what a mistake that was. This company, despite its industry rep, has gotta be the worst in the audio biz. Pro Tools may be the go-to in a lot of music studios, but their customer service is just terrible. They won't talk to you unless you've bought something recently and are still eligible for support. And even then, it takes them forever to get back to you. I'd recommend steering clear of this company and checking out other options like Reaper, Ableton, or Logic.

It took three whole days for them to get back to me about a tech problem, and when they did, I was stuck waiting on hold for an hour. On top of that, the program itself had a bunch of issues that made it a pain to use. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with this company.

ServiceI bought some software not too long ago and let me tell you, the customer service was a total flop. It took forever to get help and it seemed like they wanted me to figure it out all on my own. Like, shouldn't they be helping me out here? I was pretty bummed to see how disorganized and uncaring they were towards us customers. In the end, all I got was frustration and disappointment from the whole ordeal.

ServiceThe subscription I got for my university course has been really disappointing. I paid for it a month ago and still can't even get the products to work. There's only one month left in the course and this has just been a huge waste of my time. I was hoping for better service, especially since they should be supporting the next wave of editors. The links they gave for tech support were no help at all, and the phone calls they promised never came through. It's no wonder some universities have switched to a different company that actually listens to what customers need.
