CommunicationI just bought the Sibelius music program online and boy, was I let down. I downloaded it but never got the ID key to actually use it. The so-called 'help' videos were no help at all, and the bot responses to my questions were useless. I wasted 4 hours trying everything to get it to work, and got nowhere. It was so frustrating, I think Sibelius should look for another company to handle their digital stuff.
