PriceI recently decided to stop using Protools software after using it for a long time. The company switched to a subscription model with high prices, which makes it hard for long-time customers like me to afford. The lack of good customer service, their confusing website, and their focus on money instead of customer happiness made me look for other options. It's sad to see a company that I used to love care more about making money than keeping loyal customers.

PriceI recently bought a software update from this company and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare, eh. They charged me an arm and a leg for it, and I was hoping for at least a little bit of customer service, you know. But when I tried to reach out about some problems with the update, they left me high and dry on their messed up website. It was just awful and a total waste of my time and cash.
