The software I got from this company has been nothing but a pain. It keeps logging me out and won't remember my password, so it's hard to use. I even missed work today because I got kicked out of my account. For a company that says they provide top-notch tools, these technical problems are just so irritating and not okay.

Eh, I've been using this software forever, and it was awesome at first! But now, after shelling out for the full online version with a NEVER-ENDING LICENSE, I gotta keep logging into Avid Link every week 'cause they say my license expired. Seriously, what's up with that "perpetual" promise? I just wanna use the product hassle-free.
