QualityMy experience with the customer service at this company has been really disappointing, eh. The software I bought doesn't work like they said it would, and when I asked for help, the staff wasn't helpful at all. They just wasted my time for hours with no fix in sight. And to top it off, there doesn't seem to be a clear way to complain and you can't even reach them directly to talk about your issues. That lack of responsibility and communication is just not on for a company like this, ya know.
