I signed up for a free trial with this company recently and cancelled on the first day. But the cancellation didn't go through, and now I've been charged for two months of a monthly subscription fee of $22.99. It feels like a bit of a scam, to be honest. I reached out to customer service and asked for a full refund for those two months that got wrongly charged to my card.

I recently went through a frustrating situation with an app's subscription fee. I used the free trial, but was surprised to see a yearly fee pop up without my consent. I deleted the app right away and checked Google to make sure there were no sneaky subscriptions set up. But still, I got hit with a charge of £64.99. I tried to chat with their online support for help, but they weren't willing to assist me, even though their website claims you can ask for a refund within 14 days. When I asked about filing a complaint, they actually told me they don't have a process for that, and suggested I contact the ombudsman for help.

I signed up for a trial of this really cool app, but even after I cancelled on time, I still got charged for it. Ugh, so annoying! I had to spend so much time talking to different agents just to try and get a refund, and even then, they only gave me some of my money back. It's just not right how they try and pull a fast one on people like that. But hey, at least one of the agents, Krishna, was really nice and helped me get the rest of my money back. It really seems like this company is kinda sketchy and sneaky with their rules to get money out of people. I really hope the employees there are okay having to deal with all that.
