I ordered a pair of cleats online and got an email saying they were out of stock. I asked to cancel my order, but then all of a sudden they were magically shipped to me! Their customer service is a total joke - every time I talk to someone new, they ignore everything we've already discussed. These guys are scammers, don't waste your time or money with them.

I was kinda annoyed with the website when I was buying my tickets. They didn't let me choose if I wanted my tickets printed or on my phone, which would've been nice. It made things harder for me as a customer. And then, I had to switch my return ticket from Vienna HBF to the airport and couldn't get flexible tickets, so I had to buy new ones. It was frustrating.

Oh man, it was a total nightmare! I got ripped off on this exchange and lost my crypto, even with 2FA set up. I tried reaching out to the compliance team multiple times, but no luck. It was a complete disaster and a huge waste of time and money.

I had some issues trying to make a payment online, so I decided to chat with someone for help. Camille Rubillos was super quick to reply and helped me figure out how to process the payment that had me stumped. I really appreciated her assistance and am grateful for her awesome customer service.

I ordered some clothes online and man, I was totally disappointed with the quality. They were super thin and see through, like seriously? I could get better clothes from Giant Tiger! I used to really like this store, but now I'm not sure what happened.

I must say, the customer service at this place is amazing! Their trade-in program is absolutely fantastic and I've never seen anything like it before. Every item I've bought or traded for has been exactly as described, if not better. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable, always happy to help with any questions I have, no matter how silly they might be. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience shopping here.
