I recently invested $2,000 with a broker and my account increased to $4,500. When I tried to close it, the broker asked for an extra $1,000 as a withdrawal fee. I said no and my balance dropped to zero. I feel tricked and don't know what to do next. It's been tough, so I need help to figure out what to do about this situation.

My mom tried sending money through the app, but it got rejected 'cause she went over some limit. They said to split the cash, but didn't say why there's a limit in the first place. The app kept kicking my mom out even after she changed her password. Customer service wouldn't even talk to her on a Saturday, have to wait 'til Monday. First time using this app and we're not happy. Shutting this down right away!

I bought video editing software from MAGIX and it was such a waste of money! The interface was so confusing and the features were really limited compared to other software I've used before. I was really disappointed with my purchase and definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone looking for good video editing software.

I contacted Customer Service because a program on my computer kept crashing. They asked me for crash reports and other info, which I sent right away. But we went back and forth for a whole 4 months without fixing the problem. And just when I thought we were getting somewhere, they told me my subscription had ended. Can you believe it? Don't bother with this service, it's not worth the trouble.
