Customer service took a while to respond but eventually gave me a refund. The documentaries are good but kinda expensive. Hopefully, they can reply quicker next time so I don't have to deal with the bank.

Now, the same thing happened again, with one phone showing delivered nearly two months ago. I've told them they have three days to fix this, or I'll contact my bank. Their talk about caring for customers is fake, I've seen the opposite. That's why I'm going back to Samsung for my next phone.
