Customer service took a while to respond but eventually gave me a refund. The documentaries are good but kinda expensive. Hopefully, they can reply quicker next time so I don't have to deal with the bank.

I just bought a bracelet and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with this company. I had something similar before, but I thought I'd give this company a shot. Trade-in phone experience
My experience with trading in my old phones with this company has been terrible. I've been dealing with their incompetence and lack of communication for the past two months. Twice they said they didn't get my old phones, even though the tracking info clearly showed they got them. The first time, it took three weeks to fix and then they charged me back right away. Now, the same thing happened again, with one phone showing delivered nearly two months ago. I've told them they have three days to fix this, or I'll contact my bank. Their talk about caring for customers is fake, I've seen the opposite. That's why I'm going back to Samsung for my next phone.

Great products, excellent service
I really loved the products I got from this company. The scents were amazing, and the beachwaver itself went beyond my expectations. It was super easy to use and gave great results every time. I signed up for a 3-month autoship, but when I got the shipping notification, I realized I wasn't quite ready for more product. I took a chance and emailed them asking if I could delay the shipment for a month. Surprisingly, they replied the same day and were able to cancel the shipment and refund me. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled my request. It really showed me that they care about their customers and provide excellent service.
