Membership name discrepancy
I had a frustrating situation where I got denied entry because my membership name on my card didn't match my passport. I've asked them to change my name from Amy Tan to TAN SIEW BENG, but I haven't heard back yet. It's causing problems because I have another trip coming up soon. Hopefully, Priority Pass will fix this quickly and prevent it from happening again.

Earbuds Purchase
I bought a pair of earbuds not long ago and was pretty disappointed with them. The product was supposed to work with specific apps, but when I got them, they wouldn't connect to any of the apps like they were supposed to. It was a pain trying to use the earbuds without being able to control them properly. On top of that, the customer service wasn't helpful at all and didn't own up to the fact that the product was faulty. It sucks to spend my money on something that doesn't work how it's supposed to.
