Nail polish purchase
I just bought some nail polish from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how great it is. The polish stayed on for days without chipping, even with all the hand washing and regular use. The colours were so vibrant and beautiful, just like they were on the website. It took a little while for my order to ship, but the customer service team was really helpful and they even gave me a refund for an item that was out of stock. I'm really happy with my purchase and I would totally recommend this company to anyone else.

Detailed personalized painting purchase
The step by step process was fantastic. I really appreciated being part of each stage and having the option to make small changes if needed. But honestly, I didn't even need to make any changes because I was so impressed with your painting skills. I didn't have the artist sign the painting, but I would love for you to pass on my gratitude to them personally if possible. I understand that maybe the delay was due to the high number of paintings you all have to work on. If I had one small criticism, it would be that I wish it had been delivered a bit sooner. Even though you got it to me before the original date, there was a bit of a lag after the painting dried and before I got tracking information. It almost sounds silly to mention this, especially since I am extremely happy and satisfied with your work! Thank you so much, and looking forward to the next painting...

The Chef and Paring knives I bought are seriously amazing. They stay sharp, feel just right in my hand, and are comfy to use with those nice handles. I'm thinking of getting them for my family or pals because they're that awesome. I totally suggest them and would for sure get them again, no doubt.

I ordered this book online thinking it would make learning French a piece of cake, eh? But to be honest, it was just so dull and not useful at all. I tried returning it because it felt like a waste of money, but they refused to give me a refund, eh? Those guys are nothing but a bunch of lying, cheating crooks, no doubt about it!

Car parts purchase
I got the car parts way later than I was told because they couldn't deliver them properly and no one communicated with me about it. I even paid extra for express delivery but that didn't happen like they said it would. I'm definitely going to let the supplier know how disappointed I am with their delivery service.
