3 items during Black Friday sale
I bought something on Black Friday and it wasn't great. I got an email after ordering saying I could save another 10%, but that wasn't said when I bought it. I asked customer service if they could give me the discount since I hadn't even got my stuff yet. They were pretty rude and brushed me off, which made me feel annoyed and like they didn't care about me as a customer. It's not cool to treat people like that.

Fast delivery, easy returns, confused about sizing
I got my order super fast, and sending stuff back was easy peasy. But I'm still having trouble finding the perfect size, and that's kind of annoying. I'm happy with the product overall, but I wish the sizes were more on point.

Shoes
I bought some shoes online not too long ago, but I was pretty disappointed with what I got. The shoes were all scuffed up and looked like they had been worn before. So I sent them back right away and was really bummed out by the lack of care in their products. And it didn't stop there - the customer service I got was just as bad. Even though Fedex got my return, it's been over 4 weeks and I still haven't seen my refund. The lack of communication and help from customer service has left me super frustrated with the whole thing.

Resistance bands and training accessories
I just bought some resistance bands and workout stuff from this company and I gotta say, I'm super happy with my purchase. The stuff is really top-notch, tough, and has really stepped up my home workout game. The workout guides and videos they offer have also been super helpful in getting the most out of the gear. I definitely suggest RubberBanditz to anyone in need of good fitness gear.

Met 2 people
I've tried a bunch of dating sites before, but Nextlove is the one that actually came through for me. In my first month using it, I was able to chat with 2 people. It didn't turn into anything serious, but at least I had some luck with matches. Still, I think there are some things they could do better to make the site more user-friendly and improve how it runs.

$1300 Men's Down coat
The Men's Down coat that cost $1300 was really warm, but the outer shell material was surprisingly thin. After just using it occasionally for less than a year, the arm of the coat ripped open. To make things worse, the company didn't stick to their promise of a lifetime guarantee. And even if they did, it wasn't very helpful since the consumer had to pay for shipping and wait for 6 weeks during winter. On the other hand, a $129 Lands End parka held up well in tough conditions and stayed in great shape after 5 years. Looking back, buying 10 Lands End parkas would have been a smarter choice.
