Trip booking for Jurassic coast with grandchildren during half term
I just booked a trip for myself and my grandkids over the half term to check out the Jurassic coast. It turns out our experience was pretty disappointing. We used a credit card to pay for the trip and after waiting in the rain, they told us last minute that the boat was having issues and only going one way to Poole. We were told at the ticket booth that we'd get a refund in 2-3 days but even after 8 days, nothing came through. After calling today, they finally processed the refund but said it would take another 2 days. The lack of communication and delay in getting our refund really bummed us out. Plus, they didn't even offer any compensation for the hassle.

Hey, I just got this amazing suit from possibly the best store ever! The salesperson, Leah Bigcas, was really nice and helped me choose the perfect suit. She was so professional and even gave me some honest advice, which was awesome. Overall, it was the best shopping experience ever!

The stuff at FragranceX is amazing, eh. I couldn't believe all the different smells they had for dudes, especially for guys who are always on the go, eh. The scents were unlike any others I've tried, lasting a long time. You should definitely give FragranceX a look for a new addition to your cologne collection, eh.

I've been using this awesome travel app since I went on a big trip. It helps me find the cheapest plane tickets and lets me know when prices change. The price alerts are really helpful! I definitely suggest this app to my friends. I also booked tickets for trips in Canada, and the prices were pretty spot on compared to the airline websites.

Silvia was absolutely amazing here - she really went the extra mile with customer service. She made the return process super easy for me and even gave me some great advice about a faulty sweater I bought. The clothes are really top quality and they always have really good sales.

Designer glasses purchase
I just bought a fancy pair of designer glasses from your marketplace vendors, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with what I got. The glasses looked totally different from the picture online. When I tried to return them, customer service just gave me the runaround. First, I got a fake phone number, then had to talk to a supervisor to finally get an email and another phone number. But guess what? When I contacted a Jimmy Choo rep in China, they said they couldn't process returns. When I called Express again, they said they couldn't help me at all. So now I'm stuck with an expensive and really unattractive pair of glasses.
