    I ordered 3 shirts from the website, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I placed my order, but didn't get any email confirmation. I called Customer Service, which was located outside of Canada, and they said their computers were getting updated. They did confirm that my order went through and gave me a confirmation number. They said I'd get an email receipt in 24 hours, but after 2 days, still nothing. So, I contacted Customer Service again, only to find out my order was canceled for no reason. I had to reorder the same shirts, but once again, no email confirmation. It's really disappointing and frustrating to deal with such incompetence from a company. This kind of service is just not acceptable, and it's no surprise they might go out of business.

The places we stayed were cozy and the schedule was well-planned, making sure we saw all the best parts of each place without feeling like we were in a rush.     I decided to buy some practice exams to help me get ready for the SHRM-CP exam. I was feeling pretty nervous about taking it for the first time. I'd heard that a lot of folks don't pass on their first try, so I wanted to do everything I could to up my chances of success. The practice tests I got were super thorough and totally worth the money. Actually, some of them were even harder than the actual exam! By using these practice tests along with my other study methods, I was able to get a passing score on the SHRM-CP exam. I was really happy with how it all went and felt way more confident going into the test than I thought I would. I'd definitely recommend using practice exams from this company to anyone getting ready for a tough exam.

    Refund process delay

    I just reached out to customer service about getting a refund for something I bought. It wasn't smooth sailing, though. The folks I talked to weren't really paying attention - one of them even put me on hold in the middle of our chat! Plus, they told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get my money back, which feels like forever. And to top it off, I kept getting bombarded with promo emails from them during that time, which was pretty annoying. All in all, dealing with this company has been a letdown and has definitely left me super frustrated.
