I just wanted to share my recent experience at your store in the Novotel hotel in Dubai. I had a really positive time there. I wanted to give a shout out to one of your staff members, Mirna, because she was amazing. She was super polite, patient, and knew a lot about the products in the store. Even though I didn't buy something every time I visited, Mirna always stayed in touch and answered any questions I had quickly. Her commitment to providing top-notch service really stood out to me, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back to shop at your store. Wireless doorbell purchase
I bought a wireless doorbell from this company and at first, it was all good. But then, after just a month, the doorbell crapped out on me. I tried to get a refund using PayPal, but the supplier kept sending me confusing messages on WhatsApp. PayPal didn't come through for me, and the company only coughed up $25 as a sorry gift, when I spent $92 on that doorbell. Feels like a total rip-off and a huge letdown.
