When I reached out to customer service for help, they were no help at all and gave me wrong info. Plus, the whole return process was a pain and they didn't make it any easier. Now I'm stuck dealing with my bank to sort it out, and it's been so frustrating and taking up so much time. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you're thinking about buying from them. Even though the sales might seem tempting, dealing with the headaches and letdowns just isn't worth it.

I can't believe how terrible this service is! It's nothing but a big scam and a waste of time. I keep getting charged by both BillTrim and my actual service provider, and nobody is helping me fix it! I've tried sending emails and contacting them through the website, but nothing seems to work. Every time I try to log into my account, it just makes me sign up for more bill-saving stuff. I spent $99 on this "lifetime" service, and all I have to show for it is a massive headache. Hopefully, a real person will actually respond to my concerns, but knowing my luck, I'll probably just get some silly robot named "Alex" offering me more empty promises.
