I'm really frustrated right now! I tried to order some books online, but my orders were cancelled not just once, but twice! It's like the sellers are messing around and posting listings they can't actually follow through with. I can't even leave negative feedback since the orders were cancelled. It's so shady and untrustworthy. What a complete waste of my time!

I gotta say, I'm a big fan of this company's products and stores. The customer service has been pretty solid too. But man, let me tell you, online shopping with them was a complete mess. Their website is all over the place - no return links, instructions that are way out of date, and even wrong info from their customer service reps. It's super frustrating when you can't even get a simple return sorted out properly. And good luck trying to reach someone for help - no phone number, outdated info, and the store doesn't even return calls. Your only option is to use an online form, which might not even give you the right answers.
On the plus side, Asda ToYou's delivery and returns service is smooth and easy to use, but you're pretty much left to figure it out on your own. All in all, this company really needs to step up their game when it comes to online systems and customer service if they want to keep up with today's standards in eCommerce.Review about: Animoto

I recently contacted the support team for help with a problem I was having with my video creation software. The person I talked to was amazing. They really took the time to go through my videos and account, and they came up with a solution that was just what I needed, even though I hadn't thought of it. They got back to my emails super fast, and I was really impressed with how much they helped me out. I would definitely suggest their support team to anyone who needs a hand.

Easy offer completion, delayed rewards credit, slow cash out process, reliable payment.
The process for finishing the offer was simple, and I managed to make a good amount of money, which was awesome. But the downside was having to wait a long time for the rewards to show up. It took a whole week for each reward to appear in my account, and that was pretty frustrating. Plus, the process of cashing out could be faster. It would be a lot better if I could get my earnings quicker. However, even with these issues, I have to say that I've always been paid on time, so that's a positive.

Replacement pair disappointment
Unfortunately, I got another pair from this company and, to my disappointment, the sole of the shoe wasn't glued properly and couldn't be used at all - just like the first pair I bought. I even sent photos to show how bad the quality was after just one hike. I asked for a full refund, but they didn't want to give it to me.
