I just bought something from this little shop and it took forever to arrive! It was on backorder for almost two months, bummer. But, I gotta admit, my overall experience with this store has been pretty good. The service is top-notch, the staff is always super helpful and nice. And they usually have awesome discounts, which is great cause their stuff is really high-quality.

Lingvo Dictionary, FineReader
I recently bought the Lingvo Dictionary and FineReader from your company, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. The Lingvo Dictionary has so many different dictionaries on different topics which have been super useful for my research and work. And the FineReader has totally changed the game for me when it comes to recognizing and pulling text from images easily. Both of these products have gone above and beyond what I was expecting, and I'm really happy with my decision to buy them.

Data theft and account blocking
This app is a total rip-off, eh! Once I hit $10, my account got blocked out of nowhere. I tried to get my money back, but no one even bothered to respond. It's obvious that Zap Surveys just wants to snatch up all your info. And those fake 5-star reviews on the app store? Total scam. Dealing with them just left me feeling totally frustrated and ripped off, ya know? Stay away from this app, eh!

Damaged merchandise return
It was a bummer to get some damaged stuff from this company. But, I got a call from the owner's mom who dealt with things really well and offered to give me all my money back for the items. I kinda wish the owner had been more on the ball about fixing things, but I gotta give props to the mom for sorting it out.
