I bought a gift for my sister who can't eat gluten, and she received a gift box with wheat in it! The people we contacted about it were not very nice. I wouldn't recommend buying from them!

Eh, so get this - The Microsoft Surface Pen I bought crapped out on me after just 3 months of use, and let me tell ya, I'm pretty cheesed off with the way they handled it. When I tried reaching out for some help through chat support, they sent me to a website with only a bunch of useless articles, and the phone number they gave me just led to some dumb chat bot. And even though I had my order number handy, it seemed like it didn't mean diddly-squat to Microsoft 'cause they didn't offer me any help or fix the problem. It's bad enough dropping nearly $100 on a product that conks out after a few months, but then being left hanging when you need some help? Talk about a real rip-off, eh?
