Cool stuff
So yeah, my experience was actually really good. The initial response I received was super basic, like they didn't even bother to actually read my question. But when I followed up, it felt like a real person actually took the time to pay attention. They shipped out a replacement really quickly, although I never did get a tracking number for it. All in all, it was smooth sailing and speedy delivery.
Replacement Yeti product
I had this one time when I got a product that was all messed up, but the company's customer service was top-notch. They hooked me up with a replacement that blew my mind.
20 Oz tumbler
I bought a 20 Oz tumbler from the store not long ago and was disappointed when the seal broke quickly, making it not hold temperature well. When I contacted customer service, they said it was normal, but I decided to do my own test with another tumbler I had. I took pictures, noted temperatures, and wrote detailed descriptions. It was only after I showed them this evidence that they agreed to exchange the faulty product. Although the problem was eventually fixed, it took a lot of effort on my part as a customer that could have been avoided.
New cup
So I got this new cup, eh? It was super awesome at first, but then it started chipping. I was like, "oh no, this is not cool, eh?!" So, I reached out to support and they were really quick to help me out, eh? I filled out this form and the next day, I got an email with instructions on how to return it. They sent me a new cup and now I'm using it every day, which is so rad, eh? Thanks, support team, you're the best, eh?
Defective product
I bought a tundra cooler that was all messed up, they replaced it with a new one that was still messed up! I didn't feel like sending it back, so I just asked for a gasket or a good cooler. After a while, they sent me a gasket that I had to put on myself. Not cool, man.
Insulated tumbler replacement
I had to reach out to customer service about my insulated tumbler, it wasn't keeping my drink cold after using it for a year. I was happy when they quickly responded and were happy to replace it with no issues. The new tumbler is working great and I'm happy with how it was handled. I really like that the brand stands by their product and makes sure customers are happy.
Warranty claim experience
I really liked how easy it was to get my warranty claim approved, but I was disappointed with the whole experience. It was frustrating having to provide photos and readings to prove the claim.
Coolers, drink devices, and apparel
I've been a loyal customer, buying lots of coolers, drinkware, and clothes for my family online. We only had one problem with a wrong size on a Rambler, but when I called customer service, they were really professional and fixed it quickly. I'm glad they care about good products and customer service.
