I'd like to share about the awesome help I got with my shipping timeline. The customer service rep really prioritized my order with the dispatch team to make sure it arrives on time. It's so nice to see that extra effort, especially with all the delays happening lately. Great customer service, especially during busy periods with delays.

This store's return policy is just ridiculous. You can only get store credit, even if you did everything they asked. Some folks end up buying different sizes, but then they can't even get their cash back. And the clothes are already pricey, so this policy is just not cool. It seems like a rip-off to have to give your card details before you can use store credit, only to have them charge you right away without letting you use the credit.

Honestly, this place is way too expensive for what you get. I purchased a bikini and the quality was just okay, nothing really worth mentioning. The stitching was pretty sloppy too. I was definitely hoping for better considering how much I spent.
