ServiceI was totally shocked at how unprofessional and incompetent the customer service folks were at this company. All I was trying to do was get a simple answer about returning something, but instead they were rude and talked down to me. The chat box just vanished out of nowhere, and when I called, the person on the phone just hung up on me instead of transferring me to someone who could actually help. And the supervisors were no better - they flat out refused to connect me with someone who could deal with my issue. It was so frustrating and disappointing to be treated so badly when I didn't do anything wrong. I'm definitely going to think long and hard before buying anything from this company again.
