Returns & RefundsI bought something from that company, eh, but had to send it back with FedEx. Even though I had the tracking number to prove it was delivered to their warehouse, they said they couldn't find it and wouldn't give me my money back. I'm really bummed out by their lack of responsibility and bad customer service, so I won't be shopping there anymore, eh.

Returns & RefundsI can't believe I had to pay for return shipping on a defective product! Like, who does that, eh? I've never come across such a crazy policy before. It's totally unfair to make customers pay to send back something that's broken. Wayfair should definitely own up to their mistakes and take care of this.
Return Issue
Return Issue
Returns & RefundsI had a really bad experience with the customer service at this company. When I asked for contact info for the head office, they told me to send a letter in the mail. That just doesn't cut it in this day and age. And on top of that, when I called about a return problem, they never mentioned there would be a deduction from my refund. The person I talked to sounded like they didn't care at all, almost like a robot. When I pointed this out, they just hung up without even trying to help. It's pretty clear that this company doesn't care much about customer service, which is really disappointing.
Bed frame order with cancellation issue
Bed frame order with cancellation issue
Returns & RefundsAs someone who shops at this store often, I've had great experiences with my purchases in the past. But my recent order for a bed frame turned out to be a letdown. When I found out the delivery would be delayed, I quickly tried to cancel the order. Even though I spoke to a rep who said it should be no problem to cancel, my order wasn't actually cancelled the next day. Now I'm stuck waiting for something I don't even need, and to top it off, I have to pay for the return shipping that was supposed to be free. This whole situation has left me feeling disappointed and unsure if I want to shop here again.
