Oversold items online
Oversold items online
DeliveryUrban Outfitters keeps tricking people when it comes to ordering stuff online. I thought I was getting an item that was in stock, with regular shipping times, but turns out it was actually on backorder. And to top it off, the item didn't even ship until weeks later, and they still charged me for standard shipping. Not cool. They should know better than that, being a well-known company and all. If you don't want to be let down, maybe just go to the store instead of taking a chance with online orders.

DeliveryI ordered some really cool clothes online and paid for same day delivery, but I didn't receive everything. They told me I could cancel, but I still got charged for items I never got! And to top it off, their Twitter person was super rude. Like, seriously, what's up with that?

White crop top and high-waisted jeans
DeliveryI ordered a white crop top and high-waisted jeans from this online store, and let me tell you, it's been a complete disaster. It's been 20 days and my order still hasn't even been shipped! Every time I contact customer service, they give me a different excuse that never seems to be right. This has been the worst online shopping experience ever, and you can bet I won't be buying from them again.
Online order, missing item
Online order, missing item
DeliveryI ordered a bunch of stuff online back in November, including a jumper. But guess what? The jumper never showed up even though they took my money! I tried to get in touch with customer service for some help, but no one has gotten back to me yet.
