ServicePurchased a new item and ran into some trouble tryna order 'cause there was no stock. Gave customer service a call and they sorted me out real quick. They set up a preorder for me and even let me use a coupon that was about to expire. The customer service rep was super helpful and SO cheerful the whole time, makin' it one of the best experiences I've had.
