Easy process, delivery uncertainty
TrackingMy experience was pretty straightforward, but kinda frustrating because they didn't give me info about when my purchase would arrive. I bought something online recently, and the website was easy to use, but it was weird not knowing when my item would show up. Christmas is coming soon, so it would've been nice to have even just a guess at when it might arrive so I could plan ahead. I decided to play it safe and bought a backup gift from another store just in case my Umbra order is late. Even though it's a bummer, I'm still excited to give the gift and I hope it gets here soon.
