DeliveryI ordered a metal curtain rod and instead got a cheap plastic garbage bin. I tried getting help, sent messages and wanted to attach photos, but silence. Oddly, delivery was actually quick and the packaging wasn’t even torn, so the wrong item arrived in good shape — small surprise. Overall pretty disappointed; if they don’t respond I’ll have to dispute it with Umbra soon.

DeliveryI ordered 9 curtain rods from your store, but I only got 3 in my first shipment. When I called customer service, they said all 9 were delivered, but that wasn't true. After a bit of back and forth, Fedex finally dropped off the rest of my order. Despite the delivery mishap, I was pleased with the quality of the product and the price. In general, I thought the product was great, but the delivery was a bit of a headache.
