I bought a birthday gift mirror from this company not too long ago, but man, was I bummed when they sent me the wrong thing. I tried to get in touch right away, but it's been a whole week and still no word back. Seriously, their customer service is just not cutting it. But hey, after I left a bad review, they finally got back to me and sent over the right item. It shouldn't have to come to that to get things sorted out properly, you know?
