Three O chairs ordered
CommunicationI ordered three O chairs, but only got one. I haven't heard anything about the other chairs. I tried contacting customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful. They told me to leave a message and said they would call me back by the end of the day, but they never did. I called again and finally spoke to someone who said they would check with the warehouse and get back to me before the end of the day. But, of course, they never called back. The lack of communication and follow-through from customer service has really disappointed me. This whole situation has made me think twice about ordering from this company again.
