As a customer at ULTA, I gotta say my recent experience left me frustrated. I bought a bunch of makeup stuff like brushes, eyeliner, and lipstick. But my order had some problems that really tested my patience. The customer service at ULTA was not great. I had to talk to Supervisors who didn't seem to care. Even after waiting a month for a refund, I felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously. The staff's lack of empathy has made me really disappointed in my experience with ULTA.

As someone who had never used foundation primer before, I went to the Ulta store in Highland, IN. The staff, Lizz and Odalys, were so friendly and really knew their stuff. They helped me figure out the best options and gave me great advice tailored to my skin type and concerns. With their help, I found the perfect product for me. I'll definitely be coming back to this Ulta store next time I need beauty products.

I just went to the salon at that beauty store for a hair color treatment, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The person who did my hair didn't listen to what I wanted at all and completely messed up my hair color. It's going to take forever and cost a fortune to fix the disaster they created. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this salon, there are way better options around here.

I had a really great time at ULTA. The girl who helped me was super professional and took her time to find me the perfect concealer and foundation for my skin. She also knew a lot about the other stuff I was looking at. It was so nice to get such awesome customer service. The store was really clean and inviting, which made the whole shopping trip a lot more enjoyable.

I gave Ulta another chance even though I wasn't impressed with their customer service before. Sadly, my recent visit just reinforced my negative opinion of the store. The staff lacked professionalism and weren't attentive at all. There were only three employees around, and two of them were more focused on chatting and using their phones than helping customers. The one employee who was working seemed overwhelmed with the checkout and couldn't assist me in finding the products I wanted.<br><br>When I tried to ask for help, a staff member rudely told me she wasn't available and didn't even bother to look up from her phone. The lack of care and respect was really frustrating. Even though I was planning to spend a lot of money, my needs were ignored for small tasks and personal conversations. I felt unimportant as a customer.<br><br>My visit to Ulta should have been enjoyable, as I usually spend a lot of money there. However, the unprofessionalism and lack of care from the staff left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be coming back to this store and will likely look for other options for my beauty needs in the future.

My recent trip to ULTA was kind of a letdown. The salon didn't seem very clean and the stylists didn't give off a friendly or professional vibe. My experience at the store in Tinley Park, Illinois was pretty disappointing. I was just trying to buy something, standing in line and all, but the customer service was seriously lacking. There were a bunch of employees around, but it felt like nobody noticed me. One cashier was busy with a customer, and this salesgirl kept walking by me without even saying hello. Finally, I had to speak up and she said she was helping someone else. It was like me and the other people in line just didn't matter. The manager was off greeting folks at the door and doing refunds instead of checking on us waiting in line. It was super frustrating to just be left there for 7 minutes, not really getting any clear answers about why things were taking so long.

So I went and bought some cosmetics and skincare stuff at this place, and honestly, I was not happy with the customer service there at all. When I said no to getting a credit card at the till, the salesperson really pushed me and made things awkward. They were kinda rude and looked down on me, and it felt like they were forcing me into something I didn't want. It was just not cool and left a bad taste in my mouth, you know?

The hairdresser I went to just wasn't cutting it. She said she had over 20 years of experience, but honestly, her work didn't wow me. The color I wanted wasn't done right, and when I mentioned it, she got all defensive and acted unprofessional. It was clear she wasn't really listening to what I wanted and just did her own thing. I wouldn't suggest her to anyone looking for hair help.
