DeliveryI got some stuff from ULTA and they promised me free gifts with my purchase. But when my order came, the gifts were nowhere to be found. When I contacted customer service, they wouldn't send me the missing items and only offered me a gift card worth way less. It really bugged me and felt like a rip-off. I rely on those promotions to decide what to buy. I won't be shopping at ULTA again after this and I think they're gonna lose customers in the long run.
